Use this form to place an order via the internet by uploading a file to our server. Please note several requirements: • Please name your files with your name/business name and name of the job (and enter in form) • 25MB file limit (large uploads may take some time, please be patient) • Please zip files together for a multiple file order • Only one order per submission • We accept the following file types: |

| • Adobe PDF • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe InDesign (make sure that pictures and fonts are packaged) • Adobe Illustrator • QuarkXPress (make sure that pictures and fonts are packaged) • JPEG, TIFF, EPS, BMP |

| • Please do not send any files directly from a word processor (such as MS Word), instead export them to a PDF file first • We recommend at least 300 dpi for image files • Please fill out all areas of the form There will be no graphic design/set-up charge for finished files as long as they are problem-free. If we have an issue using one of your files, we will contact you before charging you for graphic design. To place an order, please select and upload your file (Browse...Upload File), then fill out the submission form with your information and click "Submit Info". Orders may take a few hours to be processed. If we have any questions, we will call on the number you provide. |
